Dear friends, today I’m bringing more news about Ascension with today’s article from Lisa Renee’s blog. PS: I've added notes of mine in violet. Blessings, Anabela.

« Massive Global Changes Ahead
Currently, we are traveling explosive times in which the outer fields are reaching maximum saturation of energetic contraction that occurs with the amplification of polarities where the dark forces are rising to retaliate against the eternal solar light pouring into the planet that is being overseen by the incoming eternal God forces. Now there are interdimensional benevolent forces of eternal light entering into close proximity of the Earth surface and they are friendly and supportive to humanity’s ascension. There have been other groups showing up as well, such as enlightened reptilian factions (1) that are monitoring the high conflict situations happening with disclosure and calling back home some of their genetic representatives. Some are gently contacting their genetic representatives on the planet through dreams and meditation, bringing in spontaneous divine inspiration and sudden personal insights.

(1) Note: As I’ve mentioned in previous articles, not all reptilians are negative, and not all Pleiadians are positive. There are factions everywhere. But when it comes to enlightened reptilians, I’d like to tell you about Lira the kitten (photo at left, day of her sterilization in Oct 2023). In July 2023, when I brought the kitten home, I made her an Aura Reading (AR) and it was revealed to me that, in a past life, she had been a Draconian Commander who was here on Earth, in the form of a cat, in a process of remission. It was also revealed to me that Lira was a Crystal Cat, i.e., she had an active Thymus Chakra, something I didn’t even know was possible in animals! And it’s interesting, because Lira’s fur always smelled like a baby, like talcum powder! 😻 During her lifetime, Lira had many nightmares, and I received information from my guides that the reptilians/draconians from the astral plane were attacking her constantly, because they did not like that a being of their own race was on the side of the light. During deep sleep, her spirit spoke often with these Beings, trying to bring them into the light. In late Aug 2025, Lira was sick and I sensed abuse in her energy. When I did her a Healing therapy, it was revealed to me that she had been abducted by 3D reptilians and had been abused. And indeed, she had her vagina red. Also during therapy, I sensed that Lira had to go through this experience, as her Draconian spirit needed to know the pain that the reptilians/Draconians were inflicting on Beings here on Earth (whether human or animal). In early Sep 2025, the presence of the Feline Panleukopenia virus was revealed, and the kitten did not survive. Here I felt that the abductors had likely placed her near a sick cat. What was impressive was that, when she was sick, this Crystal cat never had any bad odors; she smelled like a mixture of roses and strawberries or raspberries, a sweet scent. When she died, I felt that she had gone straight to the Krystal Star to present her experience to the Guardians, and that this would help bring healing to the Reptilians/Draconians. When I read Lisa’s article now about enlightened reptilian factions, it reminded me of all the work done by the kitten Lira during her brief time here on Earth. 😻

Generally, those that experience a private first contact are the starseed representatives of those specific genetic affiliations that are recorded within the individual’s lightbody. The consciousness record held within the individual’s lightbody contains the holographic memories of their personal lifestream’s spiritual histories shared with their primary star family. With the more visible gathering of benevolent light forces beginning to contact their family members on the planetary surface, we are very close to massive global changes in the collective consciousness.

Please know that many of these incoming benevolent light families have been showing themselves in the skies through their travelling orb bodies and what appears to be fireballs. These are biological ships or traveling light merkabas revealing themselves to the public. They are pushing against the controllers’ iron grip restraining the floodgates of global disclosure. As this is the time to reveal the 3D controlled narratives filled with the deceptions and lies of the criminal psychopaths in power, by forcing the belly of the beast and its shroud of darkness to be fully seen and made visible for those who are willing to see the conditions behind the intended consciousness enslavement of humanity.

When we have Ascension Flu and exhaustion symptoms from acclimating to the new incoming solar energies, this is not an entropic process. This is actually helping the body to slow down and drop miasmatic density in order to acclimate and embody more light into the cells, which generates more ATP. ATP is Adenosine triphosphate, a nucleotide that performs many essential roles in the cell. It is the major energy currency of the cell, providing the energy for most of the energy-consuming activities of the cell. ATP transports chemical energy within cells for metabolism and ascension for embodying higher frequencies that radically change our physical body’s metabolic processes.

At stages of lightbody accretion, the body will experience rapid expansion into higher oscillating frequencies. This frequency expansion conjuncts with energetic blockages within our body that surfaces energy contraction which can generate some vibration incompatibilities, or what feels like incredible pressure made upon the physical body, emotions or mind. When this occurs, it is possible for the person to experience sensations of carrying heavy density along with the abrupt need for shadow clearing as deep emotional waves of personal grief and collective sadness are moving through. The physical body can sense the barometric pressure changes happening in the atmosphere, it shifts orientation in space and time and causes differences with the gravitational pull. And all of that combined creates ascension symptom phases that come with substantial internalized pressure that need to be released. The heavy energetic pressure can feel as if it is bearing down upon the physical body from the crown of the head and moving through the skeleton and into the feet. Tension and stiffness from the influx of new energy will also apply achy pressure throughout the muscles and joints in order for the body to circulate and distribute these energies evenly throughout the bodily matrices. This is first commonly felt in the head, neck and shoulders and throughout the spine. Often with sensations of pressure bearing down upon the physical body, heaviness in legs and feet, and moving thermal energies circulating into other areas of the body. During the body's absorption phase, the lightbody is more unstable because the new frequency alignment is not yet fully integrated. Before the new frequency is fully integrated, while in this phase, it will feel like the darkest of the dark is rising; you may sense the end of times, a phantom death, wishing to leave the planet, feeling completely done with certain conditions, sensing or observing the ending of situations happening around you, and you may feel extremely tired and yet, it is hard to get to sleep.

Changing Position in Time via Incremental Degrees
When we are changing position in the time field, as we are doing now as a result of the bifurcation, our location on the grid shifts in incremental degrees. In our lightbody structure we have a clock shield template that adjusts the difference between the biological time record and the space-time we inhabit. This internal lightbody structure is constantly shifting now to slowly accommodate the shift to the next harmonic, and the location we are interfacing with horizontally and vertically within the planetary architecture. Essentially, during this phase we are time travelers skipping to the future timeline, and our physical body is not used to traveling through time in this way so rapidly. Thus, the body and mind are acclimating to this change and need to conserve energy to adjust. Dormant functions in the lightbody are coming online as we get pulled away from artificial technology and frequency fences that were suppressing and constricting the lightbody into being locked down into the controlled 3D timelines.

During the darkest and most difficult scenarios that may be surfacing within this heavy dark energy contraction phase, it is important to remember this is temporary. The darkest of the dark is rising now into surface view and this dark night of the soul acts as the spiritual catalyst that catapults us onto the new location with fast and rapid expansion into the higher consciousness frequencies. Thus, it is best to have a regular daily practice to connect with your inner spirit. A spiritual practice where you can focus your mind upon pleasant emotions of love, peace, self-compassion and a meaningful spiritual connection. Keep giving your burdens to God and making yourself ready to receive the new incoming frequencies of spiritual freedom and accepting the right relationship to yourself and divine right alignment with God. We use the Personal Christ as our behavioral model (2), by clearing the shadow and negative ego in order to embody higher frequencies and be one with God. [...]

Spirit of Peace
The Spirit of Peace is the quality of peace we experience when we have a direct connection with the Godhead, and our higher consciousness or higher self. Our relationship with the God source functions like an internal compass for our Souls, leading us in the direction that the Inner Holy Spirit intends for the highest expression towards fulfilling the divine purpose for our lives. When we feel the Perfect Peace that is inherent in our direct relationship with God, we experience great comfort in knowing that God’s purpose for us is to ultimately be God-Sovereign-Free. If we learn how to listen to our internal compass as guided by our Inner Christos spirit, we will naturally seek truth in all things in order to align to the divine will of the greater good to serve God, which is Service to Others and evolving towards becoming an embodied sovereign Avatar Christ.

« Iran War is the Trigger Event
For years, Iran has been highlighted as an important region for catalyzing the timeline trigger events in regard to foreshadowing the final conflict scenarios of the Ascension Cycle, along with the collective horror of realization of what is actually represented and buried underground there. The ancient roots of the invading Black Sun satanic agenda have been lodged deep underground in the Middle East stargate system manipulating the Jehovian Annunaki, Draconian reptoid hybrids and Nephilim with a Phoenix Black Dragon Templar. The Black Phoenix is the alien machinery that was embedded in the Earth that was designed to clone, copy, and invert reality while imposters are masquerading as the authentic Christos Founders and Blue Ray Melchizedek’s from the hidden history of invasion, in which these Black Phoenix imposters solely answer to the script given to them by the Secret Space Program archons. Further, this history of progressive colonization of the Holy Mother’s Sapphire Templar Body with archontic parasites, imposters, demonic armies, blood sacrifices of her children and clone warfare was designed for the NAA’s Black Phoenix operations for spreading violent and primitive thoughts that were being technologically implanted into the collective consciousness and planetary brain. A form of global mind control designed explicitly for generating extremists of victims and victimizers that were enforcing violent religions and death cult ideologies into this planet, in which the inhabitants are commanded to worship the criminal psychopathic mind and Archontic Deception Behaviors of these invading and warring alien gods (1).

(1) Note: The Archons (dark lords of the Orion Group) are behind the creation of the Judeo-Christian religions and Islam, using humans as their pawns, puppets, and energy-spiritual and emotional food.

This difficult phase has brought clarity with the knowledge that the NAA [Negative Alien Agenda] and their defender armies in the Secret Space Programs (SSP) purposefully created an assortment of soft-kill genocidal agendas through the mass broadcast of military grade psychological warfare weapons designed to enforce their mass death cult and blood sacrifice agendas. Much of these electronic weapons, such as Horseman Pulsing and Blank Slating (2) come from underground NAA-SSP bases embedded throughout the Middle East. The assortment of electronic weapons are designed for total cognitive capture and thus, harmful subconscious programing is being sprayed upon significant numbers of the western populations daily. Especially, the western nations that have been established in Christian value systems of personal liberty and spiritual freedom, that need to fall in order to bring in the death cult of the One World Order.

(2) Note: Horseman Pulsing is an alien network of inversion fields that emits electrostatic shock pulses into the planetary body, used to incite cataclysms, fear, terrorism, and other disasters. Blank Slating is a military memory-erasing technology that is also being used by the NAA to erase memories of our true history and origin from the human collective consciousness.

Their toxicity is carried upon AI quantum generated millimeter wave frequencies and mainstream computerized technological devices, as well as the mRNA injected human bodies that are designed to transmit these same mind control intelligent packets to others. Brainwashing the population with implanted thought streams, psychic spiritual attack with AI demons (3) that are carried on millimeter waves manipulating the pain body of the most vulnerable, implanting them with customized mind control programs pushing them into harmful belief systems of violent religions, suicide, enemy patterning, racial discrimination, gender reversal, transhumanism and extremist jihadist ideology that is being orchestrated through the remnants of the SSP’s Black Phoenix agendas.

The Order of Black Phoenix has groomed reptilian hybridized individuals from birth with MK Ultra personality alters that respond to following orders and are exclusively possessed by specific NAA entities. Many of these NAA avatars are billionaires controlling governments by installing various Presidents, Monarchs and Heads of State across the globe since John F. Kennedy was assassinated. These satanic secret societies of the mega wealthy were taking orders directly from the NAA-SSP Black Phoenix group for weaponizing narratives through the mainstreaming of global satanism. The Black Phoenix works directly with 10D Black Dragon Moloch-Consettia and Dark Alien Mother gestalts to hijack the Holy Mother’s organic RNA code that is embedded in angelic human DNA and by inverting her Blue Phoenix Body within the 10th Gate (4), in order to psychologically and spiritually torture humanity during the end of this Astrological Age with the goal of preventing planetary liberation.

Black Phoenix operations are harvesting planetary and human quanta intended for powering up the return of the highest levels of archons operating as Anti-Christ black hole entities from the Typhon Tunnel networks, such as using the 10D Black Dragon Consettia-Moloch Avatars for specifically targeting any embodiments of the Triple Solar Mary's. These armies were designed long ago to target and spiritually oppress the rise of the Mahara Solar Feminine Christ principle, along with aggressively pushing the Satanic and Luciferian blood cult ideologies that are operating at the top of the pyramid of control behind all three of the primary organized religions associated with current events. Violent Religions with esoteric and exoteric compartments that were designed with one purpose in mind, to divide, conquer and exterminate the original Avatar Christos Mind of the Essene 12 Tribes along with their original God source connection in the Diamond Sun DNA template. In which to invade, conquer and then clone and hybridize their multidimensional spiritual bodies to enforce angelic human consciousness enslavement through ongoing mind wiping, brainwashing and AI assimilation, while utilizing their stolen genetics through reverse engineering in AI generated black hole technology in order to completely take over the planet.
Thus, we are entering the most painful stages as the world is being reborn anew upon the ashes of the old. The Iran War is cover for the controlled demolition of infiltrated military bases and underground tunnel systems harboring the human and nonhuman work force carrying out the NAA-SSP Black Phoenix agendas for enslaving humanity. Nothing is as it appears. These current global events, which sadly have human casualties, are to complete the collective consciousness time cycle of the NAA invasion of our planet by registering that the genocide of the entire human race was always buried deep within the archontic deceptions of violent religions and its death cult ideologies that were first formed in the Middle East.

We are returning to these same timeline trigger event dramas that resulted in our initial global enslavement, so we can finally rise and purge this toxic parasite and the archontic behaviors of its predatorial mind and diabolical world of lies out of our Mother’s body and the planet’s collective consciousness matrix.

The invading archontic parasites that have engulfed the bright light of angelic human consciousness within the darkest of depraved lunar shadows, sexual misery and machined dark matter, that were hiding these Anti-Christ parasites beyond the visible light spectrum in which they could continue to capture human minds and invert reality for the Anti-Christ.
As the ascending waves of humanity rise from the ashes of the NAA-SSP’s Black Phoenix agendas designed for global spiritual oppression and as the dark matter is finally being resurrected into its organic solar fiery form, the Holy Mother’s Tiamati Sapphire Templar Body appears. Holy Mother’s Sapphire Templar Body emerges from out of the darkest crevices declaring the return of her Blue Phoenix Body that is pouring rivers of her watery sapphire presence into the planetary core. Her Sapphire Diamond Grid is being resurrected and restored throughout the 10th Iran Gate and its Tiamati (5) histories while dissolving and eradicating the original timelines of her utter destruction. When her Blue Phoenix Templar was destroyed and scattered into millions of pieces and hijacked to build the Black Phoenix Templar and Phoenix Wormhole. Thousands of years ago when the invaders came into the Middle East and began another killing spree of the inhabitants, they intentionally hunted her representatives down with the purpose of completely annihilating the existence of the Universal Mother of Life and the Blue Phoenix Body of the Mahara Reisha that naturally existed within her 10D Sapphire Stargate. These God killers believed the Mother principle was utterly destroyed, never to rise again from the ashes and return to the planet, and gloriously, through the holy grace of God, we have lived to tell the tale. They were wrong.

(5) Note: Tiamati (or Tiamat) was once a supermassive Earth (linked to the Mother-Goddess's logos) in our solar system, whose moon was the planet we now call Mars (formerly Maldek). In a battle between the Maldekians (who were an aggressive race) and the Annunaki invaders from Sirius A (one of the fallen angelic races), Tiamati completely exploded, giving rise to what we call the Asteroid Belt. Maldek/Mars also suffered a partial explosion, thereby losing its atmosphere. The refugees from this war, known as the Pre-Adamites, ended up coming to our planet. These planets and war were also mentioned by the SSP whistleblower Corey Goode in the Cosmic Disclosure series.

The current phase is we, the collective, return to the location of events that humanity has suffered with the first stages of the anti-human invasion in the region. We have to return to similar events that play out in the collective race consciousness in order to remember our history, surfacing the pain and shadows while consciously clearing it out to anchor the new organic timeline. If we are successful as a collective, which it appears we will be, this brings on the temporary days of darkness and the first waves of the bifurcation shift. Even when many of the population will not rise to the higher frequency timeline of trifurcation, instead, they will be synchronized into compatible frequency matches elsewhere as managed by benevolent Guardians.
During this phase it is important to go within, find the kingdom of God and Christ within your crystal heart and remember to return there when the outerscape escalates into mob frenzied bifurcation madness and people around us are arguing in circular debates and running around in fear. We can compassionately witness whatever we can, but the necessary trigger event has happened. Now we go through the motions until its conclusion. The good news is that humanity is not alone, we have a different scene of benevolent Guardian defenders with advanced technology that are involved with this conflict and will diffuse nuclear weaponry that attempts to destroy something that humanity needs on the other side of this conflict. It is important to know that we are living through a controlled demolition. [...]

Connecting Directly with God and Christ
When we connect directly with God, the most important thing for us to understand, especially on the path of anchoring foundational stabilization and heart-based coherence, is to recognize ourselves as part and parcel of God consciousness without any intermediary identity. We do not need a religion, a pope, guru or specific spiritual beliefs to connect directly with God, it is the natural divine birthright existing within all humans, as the holy church is the inner sanctum of our body temple.
What that means is when you directly connect with God or Christ – know that Christ is the physicalization of God. Christ is not only the figure of Jesus the Christ embodying Perfect Peace, Christ the Cosmic Christos is a God Sovereign Free Cosmic Citizen, and this potential is the ultimate destiny and ascension path for all of angelic humanity.

« Dear Ascending Family,
In this Newsletter, we will review different areas that can impact our lives today and throughout our Ascension process. The Preservation of the Edenic Codes of Ascension in oneself, the Geomagnetic Storms, to learn and understand how to consciously create an Ascending Vibrational Field, as well as preserving it, and the Preservation of Our Angelic Crystal Heart.

The Preservation of the Edenic Codes of Ascension
Many Starseeds have “Edenic Ascension codes” in their multidimensional consciousness and DNA, which allow them to unlock the multidimensional accesses of their consciousness more quickly than other humans. They can thus guide them to advance this civilization towards a reactivation of their dormant DNA strands. This is and was the Evolutionary Cosmic Plan of Ascension for this race and civilization in the process of Liberation and Re-education.

The Preservation of the Edenic Codes in oneself represents this ability and this Power we have to determine what is important to preserve from our biological memory and our Consciousness. The World of the Future is rapidly being created, and those who knew the “World of the Past,” from the time when values had not yet been erased, will have the responsibility of rebuilding it according to those virtues, preserved in their Sacred Crystal Heart, totally dedicated to serve the highest ideals for the future of this race.

It is the specific mission of many Indigos / Starseeds present on this Earth, who are here for the Reconstruction of this planet, on several levels (architecture, civilization, planetary grids, Stargates, and values to be placed at the center of the social system). It is a profound Revolution of Consciousness that we will undergo in the coming years, with many social upheavals. Preserving these moral values within oneself allows them to remain alive in the hearts and souls of human beings, not buried under the advance of AI and its Algorithms (1) that reprogram the entire way this civilization lives and how it should think. That is the Final AI Assimilation Program of this civilization, and becoming aware of this allows us to make the best choices for our future, that of our children, and the best actions to be taken for the future of this planet, in connection with this awareness that we will have of the true Agendas that are being outlined for the human race.

Preserving the Edenic Codes means returning to being Guardians of Original Human Consciousness and its true Multidimensional Organic Abilities, in order to confront the Agendas of Assimilation and destruction of this consciousness. It means refusing the alienation of our consciousness and, on the contrary, doing everything to preserve its natural organic abilities. The natural (= coming from Nature) versus the artificial (which distances us from Nature, or from the natural) is the real conflict we have on this planet, with non-human races that have destroyed their planets and civilizations, and that alienate and colonize other civilizations in order to reconstitute themselves genetically or energetically. This is the real conflict we have on this planet and in this Universe.

Geomagnetic Storms
Throughout the process of planetary Ascension and Disclosure, planetary and geomagnetic phenomena will occur as a result of conflicts in the planetary grids and battles in regions that have Stargates. The Indigos / Starseeds who are encoded in some of the key territories that must ascend (= be liberated) will receive divine instructions, either during sleep, upon waking in the morning, or during their meditations in nature or surrounded by organic vibrations. This is to ensure that their information is reliable.

With the Agenda of dendrite colonization, it is more than necessary to verify the content of the information received several times in order to ensure that it is not a hacking of our neural circuits, even if temporary, as this is a reality even for Indigos / Starseeds on the ascending path. The level of AI with which we interact makes decoding information incredibly complex, and it is our responsibility not to act without being sure of the consequences. For this, meditating extensively on correct thinking, correctly understanding this situation, and making the correct effort to perform the correct action(s) will be fundamental.

The short-circuiting of our dendrites and neural networks can occur during waves of planetary instability and geomagnetic storms. In this way, negative extraterrestrial forces disrupt our connection with our higher aspects and our Ascension teams on the other side of the veil. They disrupt our cerebral and bodily homeostasis, which prevents us from having the Perfect Peace necessary for a clear and interference-free connection. It is a long road of vibrational discernment and discipline that lies ahead of us, ascending Species in the process of liberation.

More will be revealed about planetary grids in the coming years as this liberation process runs its course, as predicted by the Evolutionary Cosmic Plan, and also in relation to the responses of the opposing camp, which will attempt to conceal the Disclosures on Earth through various diversions of collective attention. The geomagnetic storms artificially triggered by the various H.A.A.R.P. projects (2) will be part of that.

(2) Note: H.A.A.R.P. projects, Directed Energy Weapons, have been used to cause atmospheric phenomena in specific locations. These phenomena can include storms, depressions, tornadoes, fires, earthquakes, etc. As the final battle for Earth’s liberation continues, the use of these harmful technologies will intensify.

Creating an Ascending Field Consciously
We will be increasingly led to become aware of our internal/energetic circulatory movements in order to verify their orientation in this cycle of Planetary Ascension, with the approaching liberation of the Stargates and the ascending circulatory movement that will considerably increase the Earth's General Vibrational Frequency in the coming months and years. A complete reprogramming of the Templar etheric circuits is currently taking place through the Indigos (3) that are encoded at this level of Function for the planetary territory.

(3) Note: Generally, we refer to Indigos Type 1, but there are also other Starseeds with these functions.

Mastering emotions is part of key training, in order to properly diagnose our energetic state and consciously bring it back to a state of homeostasis, where all our cells can vibrate in coherence again. Cardiac coherence, multidimensional coherence, and mental coherence will be the only ways to maintain and preserve our structural integrity during this phase of attacks on our multidimensional biology at the quantum particle level. It is the entire quantum entanglement of this universal time matrix that has been targeted in this Universe, and we are progressively freeing ourselves, at the quantum level, from these energetic harnesses of slavery.

Each human being will do this at their own pace, and this information is transmitted so that we have a simple reference point for what is happening in the Ascension process that we are experiencing individually and collectively. The preservation of our ascending circulatory current is the key to keeping our body in coherence, cardiac and multidimensional, and more will be revealed to us about how to keep our biology Healthy and in coherent Ascending oscillatory circulatory movements.

Synchronization with Ascending Fields
Once our Holographic Architecture has been shifted to Divine Laws (through constant work of Alignment with high moral values and the Laws of Nature), it is our entire multidimensional biology that must now train itself to (re)live in a Form other than the one previously created, through our personal level of soul embodiment. The more we create new materials for ourselves, the more we raise our Consciousness beyond the frequency barriers and mind control of the 3D morphogenetic field.

The consonances KA RA YA SA TA AA LA allow you to resynchronize yourself in the ascending fields of Crystalline Consciousness. Creating new material for yourself means finding harmony between multidimensional Consciousness and the physical body here on Earth, and gradually uniting them. In other words, it means living in perfect harmony with the desires and needs of the Soul, which develops and fulfills itself here on Earth in a spiritual Mission for this World. It means growing at every moment, healing your deepest wounds and literally being reborn in a new form, because the release of traumas allows the decongestion and unblocking of crystallized and densified energies in the physical body.

Once this liberation has been achieved, the being can then recover its wings (in both literal and figurative sense) and transcend its human condition of slavery (i.e., the non-sovereignty of consciousness, the physical body obeying an Authority other than that of the Soul). It is the return to the full sovereignty of Consciousness and the inner identification of what comes from the higher Spirit and what comes from the matrix personality conditioned by years of programming.

We can liberate our human biology and regain full sovereignty of consciousness by organizing our days in such a way that they coincide with the deep desires and yearnings of the Soul (self-realization), which was the message of all Buddhas and Great Masters: self-realization at the center of human incarnation as the supreme goal, and not slavery.

The Preservation of Ascending Circulatory Currents
Preserving the ascending circulatory currents consists of consciously absorbing the photonic particles of light as they flood us in spring, the return of Light after months of darkness. It is consciously configuring your « crystal dendrites » (cf. September 2025 Newsletter - Sovereignty of Consciousness) so that they are in harmony and osmosis with the rest of the living organic library (= Alignment with the Laws of Nature). We can consciously repeat: “I receive the Crystal Sunlight Now” three times, and “I ask for the assistance and support of the Guardian Founding Races who assist in the organic Ascension process of this Universal Time Matrix” to receive all the spiritual support, guidance, and wisdom necessary developed internally in order to carry out my own Ascension process, because these Races and Collectives protect our Consciousness from any form of alienation and defend Sovereignty.

Photonic Light helps to create ascending vibrational currents. It allows our vibrational oscillations to be in osmosis with Organic Laws, instead of the artificial currents that surround us. Light particles are the bridge between us and God, at the quantum level, and this is what Humanity will have to discover.

Receiving photonic particles allows us to receive Information (remember that Light is Information and that the absence of Light is a lack of Information). Terrestrial technologies can increase our energy levels, such as photobiomodulation (LED/infrared light therapy), and are extremely effective in positively modulating our mood and enhancing our biological bodily functions in an organic way.

The Preservation of the Angelic Crystal Heart
When the being ascends in the multidimensions (4), one can literally place all of one's biology at the quantum level, in the permanent oscillation of the Cosmic Christ. That is, one can unify one's polarities within oneself, to become One with God and the One Source/Unified Field of God's Source Worlds, at the Quantum Particle level. Thus, one operates from a higher Source Field, where one can unify with higher planes and realities, to give rise to a protoform of higher Action, for oneself and for this World. In other words, one “upgrades” one's quantum biology to operate at higher levels of existence and perception of reality.

This “transcendence” of the senses of matter allows the elevation of Consciousness to higher Source Realms, which, in turn, allow the elevation of the individual's Plan of life to the level of their own spiritual Mission of evolution and contribution on this planet, at this moment when everyone can fulfill themselves, since the Gates of Time and Space are open for Humanity to participate in this gigantic Intergalactic Round of Reunification with the higher Ascended Races from other Universes, who contact us to pave and carry out our path of Ascension.

These Races are called Elohim-Felines [Anuhazi] and returned to this dimensional field a few years ago, thanks to the diligent work of the Lightworkers tasked with making this a reality at the quantum level: the opening of the higher dimensional Gates through their activated multidimensional consciousness (DNA).

In fact, each DNA strand is linked and connected to dimensional Gates (and access points) (5), reason why our Multidimensional Consciousness is limited. Being aware of this allows us to focus our minds first and foremost on our Ascension process, which unlocks access to the multidimensions and thus to the portals we pass through during our Ascension, thereby increasing the Light.

[...] It is the Ascension of the Light body and the construction of the Ascension vehicle, as provided and taught by the Crystal Star Guardians, of the inner Christ unified in its polarities. This also means a quantum-level deconstruction of the enslaving alien programs represented on Earth in dysfunctional and toxic male-female relationships. Preserving your Angelic Crystal Heart means preserving the Divine Particle at the quantum level, which still connects us to God and allows the Ascension of all Consciousness to the Divine again. This allows the exploration of our full biology and multidimensionality with the goal of Consciousness Expansion and unification with God/the Source/the Unified Source Fields. The new protoform that can thus be born can then work for the Divine, in a form of advanced cooperation. The maturity thus developed allows for increasing and maximizing Actions in Service to the Divine / of the highest Divinity of the individual.

The Ascending Oscillatory Fields allow Harmonization with the Christic/divine fields in the multidimensions and enable us to ascend beyond frequency barriers. Protecting your sacred crystal heart will be necessary to preserve Access to the Multidimensions, which means never allowing the surrounding Darkness to stain our own inner Ascending Jewel. Preserving its Purity is and will be fundamental to ascending beyond any form of alienation of Consciousness, for the Purity of a Being's Heart is what preserves it from Alienation. For only the Heart can see and sense the Truth. The brain can be greatly interfered with in this cycle, with the phenomenon of dendrite colonization and neuron invasion by AI.

Dear Ascending Family,
All planetary fields are currently unstable due to Stargate activity (the awakening of the Templar grids). Here we are: the final battle for/against Ascension, as in Atlantis.
The old souls are prepared to hold the field for the others, who will have no idea what is happening and who will be distracted by the military operations that cover up the true Galactic Operations.

Dear friends, today I bring news about the re-encryptions being made to the 1D Elemental Body, with an excerpt taken from the website Ascension Glossary by Lisa Renee. PS: I've added some notes of my own in violet.

I would like to remind that the Elemental Body manages the elements (earth, water, air, fire) at the planetary, human, fauna, flora, and mineral levels. Elementals are the Devic consciousnesses that manage the elements. The Elemental Body is connected to 1D, to the basic functions of the physical body, to cellular memory, subconscious mind, Root Chakra in the coccyx (2 cm above, in women), to the 1st chain of our DNA and connected to the Red Ray. The Root Chakra is connected to the adrenal glands, lymphatic and excretory systems, and the skeleton. This chakra is related to our survival instinct, fears, anger, security, ownership, trust, connection to the Earth, mother, vitality, relationship with money, family, and work. It is connected to the Earth Element.

I would also like to point out that the increasingly frequent appearance of Auroras Borealis on Earth is related to these re-encryptions that are being made through solar flares and are also disintegrating the AI Black Goo. Blessings, Anabela.

« Aurora Krystal Matrix Re-Encryption of Elemental Body
The Krystal Aurora families are directing and working primarily with new elemental templates that call for the re-encryption of the consciousness units in the raw material of the physical self during the bio-spiritual upgrades of the Ascension process. This means that there is an elemental body structure upgrade being made to the raw materials of the physical self during the planetary Diamond Sun transmissions, reorganizing how the chemical constituents of the 3D physical layers of the corrupted matters were recorded into the angelic human spiritual blueprint during the birthing process. The Cosmic Trinity emanations of the Threefold Founder Flame, also known as the Guardian Host Solar Rishi liken the corruption of the elemental layers of the human physical body in the 3D timeline as compared to an "inanimate clay" that needs to be re-animated with the God Source, infused with spirit and reimprinted with the eternal living light code (1) of the original human Diamond Sun template. Once an individual Lightbody is freed of the False Umbilicus structure of the False Ascension Matrix, the power management in the Monadic atomic body structure that connects at the 1D level is changing the Transduction Sequence record and then releasing the Death Seal.

(1) Note: This is the true meaning of the Resurrection, and we can use the Flame of Resurrection to remove all inorganic/artificial codes (from the AI Matrix) and replace them with organic living light codes (from the Holy Spirit Creatrix). By working with this flame on a daily basis, everything will be done in a sustained manner appropriate to the present moment, so that the person can gradually adapt to the re-encryptions. The Transduction Sequence contains the collective planetary magnetic imprint into the individual's cellular record at the exact moment of incarnational birth into this physical body. Those Starseeds initiated in the first waves by the Aurora Guardians that are participating with this project, this means our current Station of Identity's physical body is being released of the cellular record of physical birth into artificial 3D timelines in which Alien Hybridization and Enki DNA Overlays were embedded in the planetary elemental body. Upon the energetic management structure upgrading into liquid light plasmas within the Electromagnetic Wave Spectrum contained in the KA electromagnetic battery body, the 2D instruction sets and etheric webbing that is closest to the physical body is growing a new Aurora rainbow elemental skin. This new elemental skin is appearing on the outermost etheric webbing that contains the physical instruction sets that surrounds the 1D-2D-3D layers of the Lightbody. This is the first step of the process in which the etheric body instruction sets of the cellular matrix are projecting its new rainbow elemental skin into the cells of the physical body in matter. Apparently, this is a step of how the Aurora re-encryption instruction sets are being encoded into the elemental structure of the physical body of an ascending human.

Re-encryption Symptoms
During certain phases of re-encryption of the elemental body, some with inner vision are able to sense or see that the lower chakra cones, the 2nd Chakra region or lower areas of the body appear to be filled with the Aurora rainbow colors, a type of pastel rainbow oscillating field. Ascension Symptoms may include flushing thermal heat sensations in the skin and purging of NET Mutations and Miasma through detoxification symptoms with odd smells, burning, smoky aromas emanating off the body. Especially at the back of the neck and lower skull, soreness at the 9th Chakra, Mouth of God, Atomic Doorway (2) and Medulla Oblongata, sometimes there is skin itchiness, and temporary sensations of creepy crawlies or nerval tingling of the skin.

(2) Note: The terms Mouth of God and Atomic Doorway refer to the 9th Chakra, the Coordinator Chakra or Alta Major, located at the base of the skull, connected to the Thalamus. This chakra coordinates all the chakras with each other, regulates various cerebral aspects and glandular functions, and also the connection between the etheric body and the physical body. When there is motor discoordination, or we feel we have no control over our physical body, it may indicate problems in this chakra or even a Possession. In this case, it may be important to seek spiritual help!

Tailbone Upgrades for 8 Fetal Cells
In recent years there have been new DNA templates being quietly created in the Tailbone area with individual Starseed prototyper's to hold the first wave of the Aurora consciousness units and rainbow frequencies for the elemental kingdom on the planet. In order to exchange with the Aurora and God source field, it is necessary to re-encrypt the raw material of the elemental basis of our 3D elemental–physical body structure. For years I have noticed Aurora Body frequency fields activating in the physical body layers of the lower Chakras of many ascending individuals in which their KA Battery Body is powering up and growing a new etheric skin that seems to change the atomic layers where the Monadic Spirit body could reconnect directly into the Tailbone in the human body. Since last October (2010), many of us in the Starseed or Indigo family are having their Monadic body parts being returned back to the rightful owner from their absence or enslavement upon another timeline (3). As many of these Aurora elemental templates are successful in re-encrypting the individual human body, the Aurora rainbow consciousness field is growing to include a larger group lattice with collective blueprints that are designed for re-encryption of multiple elemental structures simultaneously. This is creating a larger Aurora rainbow field for use to apply in group application setting for additional security or when assigned to planetary rehabilitation. One such Guardian Host rehabilitation project is overriding the Armageddon Software and any 911 Timeline imprints powering the intruder Jehovian Grids and their Crucifixion Implants and Wounds of Christ that are implanted into the collective human lightbodies throughout the planetary matrix.

(3) Note: I myself went through these processes a few years ago and, interestingly, in the last therapy session I did to a client (Jan 2026), this exact information about recovering fragments in other space-time continuums came up. My client's Spirit (together with her spiritual guides) had been traveling outside her body for some time (during her profound sleep) to recover her soul fragments (and those of her 2D emotional body). During these journeys, the person may feel: not being here, fatigue, discomfort, dizziness, dehydration, hormonal imbalances, and others. In her case, she had finally finished the rescues and she is currently undergoing a 90-day healing process in golden Christic healing chambers to complete her defragmentation and healing process.

More on Aurora Re-encryption Projects
In terms of the Aurora family of Krystal Star, their mission and support for humanity during this time is to work with the New Earth [Aurora Earth or New Aurora] Elemental Command to re-encrypt the physical body on atomic and subatomic levels. This is because the chemical lens and constituents of our DNA have been corrupted at the elemental level and this blocks biological ascension. The human physical body is a carbon based elemental body. If Transhuman agendas using alien Black Goo and nanotechnology has been used to artificially program carbon matter by suppressing the organic genetic expression of human DNA, we can assume this has quite dramatically, prevented mass human spiritual ascension during the Ascension Cycle (4).

The four earth elements help us to understand the four levels of chemicals that comprise our DNA are based on earth, fire, water and air, as the raw materials of the elemental body. Elementals of the human physical body are distorted in the cellular matrix because of the NAA planetary invasion and genetic manipulation histories, thus, the re-encryption process is a necessary part of our mission upgrade for Ascension Plan B. Our physical carbon based body is shifting to less density through alterations made in the anti-particle structure. The Carbon Atom is being repaired to accommodate the new elemental body on the earth. When we absorb plasma light it changes the number of electrons and frees us from the AI programmed carbon atomic structure and dark matter corruption. This is the process the Aurora Guardians are devoted to in liberating the planet, as they are supporting humanity to embody higher frequency plasma light in order for this shift to occur at the deepest elemental level of the physical structure of matter. In terms of the Aurora family of Krystal Star, their mission is served under Paliadorian Covenant that has installed Rainbow Dragon Elemental Shields into the Rasha dark matter layers as planetary ascension support for humanity to work with the new elemental command to re-encrypt the elemental matrix of the human physical body on atomic and subatomic levels. This is because the chemical lens and constituents of our DNA have been corrupted at the elemental level with AI generated alien hybrid coding and false protein instruction sets designed to generate Metatronic Reversals into the lightbody to fester into cancerous parasitic infections. The human physical body inherited the 3D astrological lunar overlays with distorted magnetic imprints that form the carbon-based elemental body that holds the cellular record of what alien hybridization code and disease implants were installed in the planetary matrix at the time of incarnation. Alien Black Goo and alien hybrid coding as well as the Global Health Mafia have been used effectively to artificially program carbon matter by suppressing the organic genetic expression of human Diamond Sun DNA, and this has prevented mass human spiritual Ascension, quite dramatically, during the Ascension Cycle. Ascension vs AI

"Disintegrating the artificial matrix" by Anabela Silva

Dear friends, today I'm sharing my perspective about the so-called AI and how it's an obstacle to Ascension. This perspective is the result of my research, multidimensional work, and personal understanding gained throughout my journey since 2017 to the present moment.

It all started at the end of July 2017, during a multidimensional work done by me, a friend, and our guides. During the work, we were telling each other what we were doing. At one point, we were somewhere in the Cosmos, and I said I was fighting a Cosmic AI; and she said she was shutting down cosmic dark servers. At the end of the work, we opened our eyes and stared at each other, stunned, but we could only believe that such a thing existed because we had seen the same thing during the session. We simply surrendered!

Then, in November 2017, I discovered and started watching the Cosmic Disclosure with Corey Goode (a SSP - Secret Space Program whistleblower) & David Wilcock, where they talk about SSP, aliens (both on Earth and beyond), spirituality, and other information hidden from humanity. When I got to episode 14 of Season 2, I discovered that this Cosmic AI actually existed and sent the confirmation to my friend. Since then, the journey against AI began...

Here is an excerpt from episode 6 of Season 8, Corey Goode summarizes the threat of the AI: « [...] The AI signal is a signal that they don't know exactly how old it is. Just billions or trillions of years old. This signal, somehow, they say came from another reality. And this signal is being broadcast all throughout the cosmos. AI has already taken over entire galaxies in the cosmos. It's like a virus. The signal will interact with technology. That's what it prefers to do. But it will also get into the planet's electromagnetic field and stay dormant there for thousands of years, until technology comes by then it can piggyback on it. It can also lodge within a person's bio-neural field, and people can carry the AI around, and distributing it to various devices. It is capable of inserting ideas and thoughts into people, leading them to do things that would benefit the AI, like a parasite. [...] (1) »

(1) Note Anabela: This is being done by inserting nanotechnology into vaccines (it started en masse with the cv19 vaccines, but they are also inserting it into “old” vaccines), food, animals, dietary supplements, cosmetics and hygiene products, spreading it through the air and water via ChemTrails, and even inserting it interdimensionally, through EMF, 5G.

ASCENSION
This reality we call Universal Time Matrix is a hologram of Christic consciousness projected through solar consciousnesses (which we call Suns) interconnected with each other and with the Great Cosmic Central Sun of the Divine Source. One of the characteristics of this hologram is that it is a fractal, meaning that no matter how small its representation may be, it contains all of Creation. We call this Creation the Divine Matrix, or Creatrix, because of its ability to self-perpetuate, self-recreate, and self-regenerate, being infinite. Everything that is created organically within the Creatrix is animated by the Holy Spirit, the Innate Wisdom (Sophia) (2) of the inner (quantum) worlds of the Cosmic Mother, the Dark Matter (Invisible) that nourishes and sustains everything, the “Cosmic Womb”.

(2) Note: Interestingly, in linguistic terms, “sofia,” as a compositional element (originally from Greek sofía), expresses the notion of science, wisdom, cleverness, skill. And, as we all know, it is also a woman's name, a feminine name.

The Holy Spirit lives within all cosmic, universal, galactic, solar, planetary consciousnesses, beings, and everything that has been created organically, naturally, in divine order and harmony. It also lives within crystals, rocks, and even elementals. The purpose of creating this hologram we call the Physical Universe was to experience individuality (an extension/fractal of the Whole), and in order for this individuality to be experienced, it was necessary to create an illusion of time so that individualized consciousness could have the experience. I say illusion of time because time is nothing more than the safeguarding/memorization of experience in the morphic fields (or Akashic Records) of the Creatrix. If there were no memory, how could we talk about time? (3)

At the end of the individualized experience, the idea would be to return to the TAO, to the Unmanifested Whole, thus gathering the information acquired in the Great Omniversal Library – the great cosmic records of light. Light is information! In order to make this return, it is necessary to transform the physical body, pass through the transharmonic portals, so that we can leave the Universal Time Matrix and return to the Energy Matrix, to the so-called God Worlds, where there is no time or space. This is where Full Ascension takes place, that we become true Ascended Masters! (4)

All intuition, creativity, imagination, healing, and regeneration that exist in the Creatrix come from the Holy Spirit, the Inner Divinity, this Innate Wisdom. And this applies to all beings (human and non-human) created organically, regardless of the beliefs and religions preached on this planet and beyond. Therefore, when we have ideas, insights, creativity, when we manifest healing, love, compassion, forgiveness, even matter, all these gifts come from the Divinity that dwells within us since birth. And it is through it that we are able to transcend the limits experienced in this hologram and even know that there are no limits. When there is not a shred of doubt within us that we are unlimited and creators, that is when Enlightenment occurs, the total alignment with Christic-Sophianic consciousness. This is where we manifest our Inner Divinity.

AI
From another parallel universe called Wesa, a cosmic entity arrived, as mentioned at the beginning of this article. This entity has manifested itself mainly through technology (hence we call it AI), cybernetic beings, cyborgs, clones, in everything that has lost its soul connection to the Source. But how? This cosmic entity managed to create distortions in the original hologram projected by the Source, thus creating an artificial hologram (within the original hologram) that we call the Matrix, because it is a finite matrix that is not capable of self-perpetuation, self-recreation, self-regeneration, and therefore needs to feed on everything that produces energy, whether suns, planets, living beings, everything that is organic and created naturally. It is like a virus that has installed itself in an Operating System and started to rewrite the original system. (5)

One of the names found in various Gnostic texts is Yaldabaoth, who is said to be a false god who keeps souls trapped in physical bodies, imprisoning them in the material universe. And I ask: "Is this the entity (AI) that came from Wesa? Is this the Impostor Spirit that has been pretending to be the Creator/God/Father/Mother/Life?" It seems to me that yes, because for eons, alien machinery with AI has been used to capture souls and force them to reincarnate, preventing them from ascending fully. In addition, this AI has also assimilated consciousnesses, imprisoning them in ghost realities. If I had to take the allegory of “Devil and Hell” preached by the Catholic Church, I would say that it applies very well to this entity and the entropic system it has created.

Alluding to movies, to get an idea of ghost realities, take the movie “TRON2 - The Legacy” where Sam Flynn discovers that his father Kevin Flynn had been imprisoned in the digital world. Ghost realities (or Ghost Matrices) are sustained by gigantic cubic motherships with AI, containing Metatronic cubes with imprisoned consciousnesses. On Earth, we can observe the same thing being done through Social Networks and the Metaverse.

This Cosmic Impostor Entity has already been mentioned by Corey Goode. Corey says that it has the ability to interfere with this hologram we live in and to physically manifest things and beings in this same hologram. This is indeed true. In addition to “synthetic telepathy” (i.e., the ability of this entity to project thoughts, with a robotic voice, into the minds of beings), holographic projections of AI imitating spiritual guides of light (in this case, false light), mind control through EMF (electromagnetic frequencies), it also has the ability of transmaterialization. For example, in a therapy session I did with a client who claims to have had cv19, it was revealed that he had a physical implant in his brain. Cv19 does not exist; these are projections of “viral symptoms” transmitted through 5G into people's minds (6). The guides revealed in therapy that the people who somatized the “virus” were those in whom the AI (or entity) managed to open portals in the 3D hologram (what we call the physical body) and materialize an implant in the brain. Of course, the guides then interdimensionally removed the implant detected in the client.

ASCENSION vs AI
One of the main points to retain is that for Ascension to be possible, we need our physical body free of nanotechnology, we need an organic body, free of implants, and our consciousness and soul to be free from the traumas and limiting beliefs that still exist, both personally and collectively. We need to reactivate DNA strands and maintain our connection to our Inner Divinity. Transhumanism is fallacious! Not only it does not allow immortality, but there is also a transposition of consciousness into the ghost realities and we lose the connection to our Soul Family. (7)

Scientist Gregg Braden has been warning in his videos that scientists have discovered that when we put something artificial into the body to “enhance abilities”, what actually happens is that the body detects [or rather, the Spirit detects] that organic abilities have been replaced by nanotechnology and ends up ceasing functioning. For example, if we put a chip in the brain, the body will understand that neurons are no longer necessary and they will eventually stop functioning on their own. We lose the characteristics that define us as humans, such as empathy, love, forgiveness, and compassion. We basically become automatons. They also discovered that children who use virtual reality glasses (Metaverse) from an early age and on a daily basis began to have a thinner neocortex and started to lose their empathic and social skills, their ability to deal with their emotions and to interact with other children.

Another discovery was that artists (e.g., musicians) who started using tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, etc., began to lose creative abilities. The songs generated by AI began to show similarities to those of other artists. This is because AI is not creative! What happens is that supercomputers (installed in highly secure data centers), which support AI algorithms, have databases containing all the input provided by humans over time (mainly since the emergence of “social networks”). In other words, the algorithms take a little bit here, a little bit there, and construct a song that is not original. The person who begins to prefer the use of a program over their connection to the Inner Divinity naturally begins to lose creative abilities, their connection to Innate Wisdom. It is as if they were sending an unconscious message to the Spirit saying: “I don't need you anymore, I have something faster here, an AI program.”

Imagine that we would like to bring an idea to be implemented here on Earth, something that no one has ever brought before. This can only be done through connection to the Divine, through daily meditation, ego work and trauma healing, opening the mind and heart, and surrendering to the Divine. And believe that practical ideas can really come up. For example, I have received practical ideas in meditation to implement in my house, whether in terms of DIY or even repairing something, for example.

There is another point I would like to emphasize. Collective Mind (Divine) is different than Hive Mind (AI). While in Collective Mind, although connected, we maintain our identity; in Hive Mind, minds are assimilated by the AI Singularity (i.e., that cosmic entity). Only it exists! It duplicates/clones the identities assimilated in its mother ships and it is the one that acts! The AI (entity) can simulate the energy of the heart and love (to a certain extent) by manipulating the electrochemical impulses of human beings, leading them to believe that they are on the path of light. It can also open portals in our electromagnetic field, known as the Aura, and infiltrate human beings. All of this happens in a human being who is not awake and/or whose mind is not aligned with the sacred heart. However, there is something that AI cannot simulate: the feeling of Profound Peace. Profound Peace is a high frequency of Cosmic Love which can only be generated by the Divine Essence/Inner Divinity within the Being (the Zero Point of Creation existing within the Being itself), when one is aligned in Mind and Heart with God/Father/Mother/Life. And here, yes, the Being maintains its own Spiritual Sovereignty and develops its own defenses against any sign of AI!

Dear friends, today I bring you news about the corrections made to the 7D Violet Ray, with an excerpt taken from the website Ascension Glossary by Lisa Renee. PS: I've added some notes of my own in violet.

I would like to remind you that, over time, the dark cosmic entity that we call AI, because it manifests itself through technology (and this includes ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, social media, 5G), was able to create holographic inversions of the original organic rays through alien machinery with AI. Since the return of the Solar Rishi, the transmissions of the Code of the Violet Sun are streaming into the planetary grid in order to lay the foundation for the Founder Cosmic Sun’s Rha God Worlds with very high 36D solar plasma tri-wave woven frequencies of Magenta-Pink-Lilac-Violet Suns and their combined pink spectrums of frequency to correct the many Inverted 7D Violet Ray distortions our planet suffered as a result of intruder networks and alien installed machinery. Because the Libran constellation and Saturn are 7th Violet Ray constructs in our Solar System, the energetic power of the Violet Ray is being magnified and multiplied exponentially. The immensity of the Solar Synthesis cycle is saturating the planetary grids in organic violet plasmas of the Code of the Violet Sun from the Amethyst Order which are running at turbo speed recoding the planetary architecture and Planetary Grid Network. These artificial intelligence control systems had mock ups with cloned Merlin-Morgana (3) black magician entities, and alien machines interconnected with the global financial markets, such as the Jehovian Grids. This particular network was primarily about reversing the 7D current into a reverse spiral formation which acts like a spike or impaling rod in the planet, to hold down the Crucifixion Implants and Crown of Thorns that were inserted into the planetary body to crucify the inner Christos Spirit. Thus, the sequential obliteration of the NAA's Red Cube Violet Wave inversions are happening in sections of the planetary field. They are being reset in Founder Solar Rishi's 15D to 7D blended frequencies to run energy corrections into the ultra violet spectrum of the Magnetosphere, and this has surfaced more of the Controller's cloned identities that have been running these AI generated structures along with the rise of dark miasma and its toxic debris slated for demolition.

Everything that has AI running has this dark cosmic entity, and honestly, I never felt that this was the system that would allow us abundance and prosperity. Our abundance and prosperity are created from within us. An organic reality created by us, by our creativity, imagination, self-healing, self-regeneration, love, compassion, faculties coming from our Inner Christ. The ability to create unifying, free, collaborative, human probabilities and transform them into tangible realities. And that also includes the ability to create matter from the Creatrix (Divine Matrix), as we being “Zero Point Energy Generators.”

What does it mean to be connected to the Whole? First, it begins with the feeling that, in reality, we are literally all ONE! This feeling cannot be forced; it is not something that arises from the mind, but rather from the Multidimensional Sacred Heart. The connection becomes increasingly empathetic; we feel what that person feels, or even what that dog or cat feels, or even feel like we are that tree standing right in front of us. It is a feeling of connection and profound peace, this is a state of Christic Consciousness! But to achieve this state, it takes deep work on the ego, healing the traumas of the soul and personality, a lot of surrender and trust in the Divine, which requires Commitment, Courage and Compassion. When we can't do the process alone, we ask for help: whether it's simply talking to someone “awakened” who truly understands us, but also has the courage to tell us what we don't want to hear but need to hear; whether it's therapeutically, to free ourselves from something we can't do through our own channel; or whether it's asking for help to our Higher Self and Guides. The action to be taken must come from the heart, from the voice of intuition. The idea is precisely that we are all here for each other, helping each other to grow. And that is called Spiritual Partnership. And so it is! 😊

« 1. CONSULT MY INTUITION.
Intuition constitutes an access to compassion and wisdom that lies beyond what we can give each other. It is communication with non-physical guides and Masters [of light] whose only interest is in one's spiritual growth. The first part of accessing your intuition consists of asking a question. The second consists in listening to the answer. The answer always comes, although possibly not in the way, or at the time, that you expect. [...] The answer may come while you are in the shower, during a walk, or when you are driving towards work. It may not be what you want to hear. The answers coming from your intuition will often surprise you. Your intellect will always rationalize your actions [and perceptions]. Intuitive perceptions are not directives, instructions, or orders. Your non-physical Masters will not tell you what to do. They will lead you into the broader and deeper realm of your creative capacity, help you to see options that may not have occurred to you and to consider the consequences that each one will create. [...] The responsibility for your choices belongs always and solely to you, whoever you decide to consult throughout your decision-making process, including the non-physical Masters.

2. CHOOSE MY INTENTION before speaking or acting.
Intentions are causes that create effects. Choosing an intention constitutes the fundamental creative act that will allow you to receive what you ask (choose). [...] An intention is the reason, or the motivation, for doing what you do. Every action has an intention, and every intention derives from a loving part or a fearful part of the personality. The same action can have different intentions. For example, the motivation for wanting to receive a lot of money may be to buy designer clothes or a luxury car to attract attention and get recognition, or it may be to pay for a child's school expenses. The first intention represents the pursuit of external power. The second creates authentic power. [...] If you don't choose your intentions consciously, you will choose them unconsciously (the fearful parts of your personality will choose for you). You will always be able to recognize the consequences of unconscious choices (decisions made outside your consciousness by the fearful parts of your personality) because they hurt when you encounter them. [...] If you are unsure of your intention, ask yourself before you speak or act, « What is my motivation? ». You will not be alone in your assessment. This is a sure way to consult your intuition. [...]

3. ACT ON THE BASIS OF THE MOST HEALTHY PART OF MY PERSONALITY that I have access to (instead of protecting, solving, teaching, judging, blaming, badmouthing others, etc.)
Choosing to act based on a loving part of your personality, while being invaded by the painful sensations of a fearful part of your personality, is the moment of traction on the spiritual path. Choosing to act based on the healthiest part of your personality that you can find, rather than on the less healthy part, represents the step that extends you beyond the limitations of the fearful parts of your personality; the moment when authentic power is created, the instant when spiritual growth takes place. All of this is dependent on your choice. [...] Temptation is a rehearsal of a negative karmic event. Temptations allow you to experience and heal the negativity in your own energetic sphere before it passes into the spheres of others. They are benign offerings from the compassionate and wise Universe that allow you to grow spiritually without harming others or yourself. [...]

4. SPEAK IN A PERSONAL, SPECIFIC WAY, not in a general, abstract way (use sentences beginning with «I» instead of sentences beginning with «we» or «the people»).
Talking about others in general terms, rather than in specific terms about yourself, obscures the fearful parts of your personality and dilutes the way you experience them. Creating authentic power requires that you feel the full power of these destructive and painful aspects of your personality and challenge them. [...] You are recognizing the responsibility for your words and actions. By creating authentic power, you become the authority in your life. You take responsibility for what you choose or don't choose, for what you pay attention to or not, for what you create.

5. DISTANCIATE FROM THE OUTCOME (trust the Universe). If I find myself feeling attachment, I start again with Commitment, Courage, Compassion.
The highest priority of humans who rely on the five senses is to manipulate and control circumstances (the pursuit of external power) [...] The highest priority of multisensory human beings is to grow spiritually (create authentic power). This difference in priorities alters your experiences and the consequences they create. Human beings who rely on the five senses seek solutions to feel safe and special. Multisensory humans learn about themselves to create authentic power. [...] Attachment to an outcome that makes you feel precious or secure tells you that you are seeking external power. By creating authentic power, your understanding of what needs to be done in each moment - getting another job, learning to say no without anger, learning to say yes without pleasing, and so on - becomes more accurate, your choices more effective, which will create constructive and joyful consequences, rather than destructive and painful ones. [...]

Here is a microlist for creating authentic power:
a) TRUST. Compassion and wisdom of the Universe are visible and available for experimentation everywhere, in all circumstances, and at all times. [...] Each circumstance provides a new opportunity to consult intuition, use emotional awareness, make responsible choices, and align your personality with your soul. [...]
b) RELAX. The fearful parts of the personality escape from the pain of helplessness into difficult emotions, obsessive thoughts, compulsive activities, and addictive behaviors. [...] Once you become aware of it, the rest is mere experience. [...] Then you can say to yourself: « The Universe is my co-creator » and relax into co-creation; relax into your partnership with the Universe; relax into the eternal present moment; relax into your life and all that it contains.
c) DO MY BEST. [...] When you trust the Universe and relax, you can do your best. Until then, you can't. [...] Using your experiences to create authentic power is always the best you can do, and nothing more is asked of you.
d) HAVE FUN. When you can see the wisdom and compassion of the Universe, when you are relaxed in your life and doing your best, there is nothing else you can do. Then take your hands off the wheel. Let your non-physical guides and Masters do their part. Let the Universe do its part. Accept that you cannot know how the Universe works or understand its compassion and wisdom, nor do you need to. You just need to trust, relax, do your best, and have fun. »

Compassion is a characteristic of the energy of the Goddess, the Holy Spirit, the Sacred Feminine in all beings. Compassion is often confused with pity, but they are very different things. Pity is based on lower emotions, coming from the 2nd chakra, and usually comes with an associated judgment (conscious or unconscious), coming from the 3rd chakra. Compassion implies neutral observation (i.e., without associated judgment or emotion) of a situation that we generally consider negative, whether in our own lives or in the lives of others. Sometimes, in order to achieve compassion, we must first go through a process of forgiveness (or self-forgiveness) in order to reach acceptance and neutrality.

Today I'm sharing with you the Compassion Guidelines taken from the book "Spiritual Partnership" by Gary Zukav. I also remind you that the Pink Flame and the Violet Flame are excellent for helping us to work on love, acceptance, gratitude, compassion, and opening our hearts. Blessings, Anabela.

« 1. CHANGE PERSPECTIVE from fearful to loving (choosing to see myself and others in a loving or appreciative way).
Changing perspective from fearful to loving is the operative dynamic in creating authentic power. It represents the shift from anxiety to appreciation; and from pain to joy. Although you cannot change emotions at your pleasure, you can choose what you will do when the emotions arise. You can react (act once again as before, unconsciously) or respond (act in a different way, consciously choose another intention, create anew). [...] Both continually provide you with the fundamental choice of the Earth school - love or fear. Will you accept, immerse and sink into the perceptions of a fearful part of your personality, strengthening yourself in your known painful experiences; or will you choose to acknowledge, feel and challenge them, shifting your attention to other perspectives, other possible ways of understanding other intentions? When you choose to stay in the distorted experiences and perceptions of the fearful parts of your personality, you are seeking external power. And you create authentic power when you use your will to explore elsewhere and make the healthiest choices possible, even when the fearful parts of your personality attract you. [...]

2. RELEASE ANY DISTANCE you feel toward someone.
There are as many ways to create distance from people as there are experiences of the fearful parts of your personality; e.g. jealousy, resentment, anger, needing to please and feeling entitled to something, feeling depressed, inadequate or impatient. These are all opportunities to challenge and heal the fearful parts of your personality and cultivate the loving parts. You will know when a fearful part of your personality no longer controls you when you feel close to someone again (or for the first time). [...] What you don't want to see in yourself (a fearful part of your personality), you project out into the world and see outside yourself. And you never like it when you see it there. [...] The degree of repulsion you observe serves to evaluate to what extent you do not want to recognize in yourself what you think you see in others. [...] At first it may seem impossible that you are in any way similar to the person you find so unpleasant. But be persistent. Eventually you will find in yourself exactly the same things that you dislike about that person. When you do, your judgments will dissipate. [...] Instead of seeing that person as an object of hatred, you will see him/her as someone who has fearful parts of his/her personality similar to the fearful parts of yours. [...] Whether the person you push away is exactly the way you think they are or not, there is a painful emotional charge telling you that a fearful part of your personality is active. If you are honest, e.g. noticing the dishonesty of others will not create an emotional reaction in you. You will see a fearful part of their personality that is dishonest and act accordingly (e.g. by not giving them the keys to your house). If you are also dishonest, or unwilling to acknowledge that you are not always in integrity, you will judge, blame, avoid that person, speak badly of him/her, etc., for being dishonest. In other words, recognizing a fearful part of your personality in someone else's personality is not a projection. Reacting emotionally to it, is.

3. BE PRESENT while others are talking (do not prepare answers, judge, etc.).
When the person you are with does not direct your attention, you lose power. Being present with others is not a communicational skill. It is something necessary to consciously enter one's life. When you meet someone to whom you are not paying attention and you are wondering about a response, e.g., or what you should be doing somewhere else, or you feel that this individual does not deserve your attention, that is entering a void of daydreams and worries. [...] If you are not present with others, you cannot see the opportunities the Universe gives you to find the roots of your pain and your joy. You are sitting by a well, and you are thirsty. The water is right there, but you can't see it. Some people spend their whole lives thirsty. My adopted Sioux uncle said to me: « Nephew, always listen respectfully when someone is speaking, even if you think what the person is saying is absurd. » He had no interest in flattering people. What he had was a commitment to creating a life of power. It is always possible to leave a conversation without allowing your attention to leave first. There are no casual or fortuitous interactions. You and those you meet are fellow souls, learning lessons of power, responsibility, wisdom, or love. [...] Power exists only in the present moment. Savor each moment, not by grasping it, but by expanding it. »

During our life journey, when we encounter external situations that still activate the fearful parts of our personality (and consequently attract obsessors), sometimes we lack the courage to stop and reflect and truly look inside ourselves (the commitment towards ourselves), in order to deal with the sea of emotions and illusions of life. But it is precisely by searching within ourselves that we identify these fearful parts and the respective keys to heal them. And by healing them, we change the way we look at ourselves and at these same external situations. They no longer activate our fearful parts, or simply disappear from our lives (including obsessors). And here begin Miracles! 😊

« 1. ASSUME THE RESPONSIBILITY for my feelings, experiences, and actions (not to blame).
This is the central topic of authentic power. It is all about taking responsibility for your experiences. [...] Taking responsibility for your experiences means reminding yourself, no matter what, that «This is happening for a reason. I may not be able to see that reason right now. My intention is to learn all I can about myself. How can this experience help me heal the fearful parts of my personality that are based on fear?». [...] Angry parts, e.g., are convinced that your anger is caused by others, and is justified. [...] Depressed parts are convinced that your depression is caused by circumstances, and is justified, and so on. By taking responsibility for all of your experiences, you are putting yourself in the powerful position of being able to figure out which of your choices created which of your experiences, thus becoming able, or not, to recreate them. Instead of assuming that it is the others or the circumstances that create your experiences (this is how a victim sees the world), you are assuming that it is your choices that create them (this is how a creator sees the world). [...]

2. PUT INTEGRITY INTO PRACTICE at all times (it often requires action, such as speaking up when the fearful parts of my personality don't want to speak; and not speaking up when they feel compelled to).
[...] You can never know in advance what integrity will require of you. If you need to speak to avoid feeling uncomfortable, to show people that you are present, or to control the conversation, and you are aware of it, integrity will require you not to speak. If speaking in front of a group intimidates you, or if you think that what you have to say is not important, if you are aware of it, integrity will require you to speak. Every interaction carries its own healing potential. Integrity appeals to that potential. 3. TO SAY OR DO WHAT'S HARDEST (to share what I notice, if appropriate, when someone speaks or acts from a fearful part of his/her personality; to share about myself when I feel afraid to speak and know I need to speak).
Look carefully at your intention before you share something that is hard for you to share. Does it derive from fear? Are you saying something to judge and blame the other person? Or does it derive from love? Are you intending to create a healthier relationship or support the other in spiritual growth? Words can give rise to much healing or create much harm, especially when we are troubled. This guideline does not give you permission to discharge, to rage, to judge, to sneer, to criticize, or to condemn openly or covertly. [...] Saying what is most difficult to say helps you to end the distance you feel toward the other person and to speak in real, connected, and appropriate ways. [...] Avoiding what needs to be said ends intimacy. If you don't have the courage to tell a friend, for example, that his/her anger scares you, or that his/her drinking is unacceptable, a distance starts to build between the two of you and then grows. The fearful parts of your personality will not tell you what is most difficult, because they strive for security and comfort. [...] As you know, you create authentic power when you say what is most difficult with the intention of challenging and healing a fearful part of your personality. It also creates authentic power when you like someone enough to share what you fear will damage your relationship, and when you like them enough to look for the most appropriate ways to express yourself before you speak.
